"The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

1. Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entitites in Crane County, Texas;

2. members of record of the credit union as of May 31, 2005, the date of its Conversion to a Community Field of Membership;

3. Persons who live, work, worship, or attend school in, and businesses and other legal entitites located in the underserved area of Upton County, Texas;

4. employees of the credit union;

5. persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment;

6. spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of the credit union;

7.  members of their immediate families; and

8. Organizations of such persons.
